Landlord-Tenant Mediation – Outcomes-Based
Housing issues don’t always need to end in eviction or a courtroom. Most of the time, what people really need is a structured, honest conversation — with someone there to help guide it. That’s what this service is for.
Whether you’re a landlord dealing with late payments, lease concerns, or property damage, or a tenant trying to address habitability issues, unexpected fees, or notices that feel unfair — mediation offers a path forward without all the emotions taking over.
This session is about creating space for both sides to be heard and to find a practical solution you can both live with. We focus on the actual outcome — not just the time spent talking. You walk away with either a mutual understanding, a written agreement, or at the very least, a better handle on what your next steps need to Be.
Pricing & Structure
Total cost: $2,800, split evenly — $1,400 each
Tenants can request a payment plan or apply for a sliding scale if cost is a concern
The session typically lasts up to 4 hours, but again — it’s about the resolution, not the clock
We’re all just trying to stay housed or manage our properties without losing sleep. Mediation gives both sides a chance to be human, be heard, and move forward with less conflict and more clarity. Spokane doesn’t need more people on the street or more burned bridges — we need more people willing to talk things through.
